Like Truthless Dreams, So Are My Joys Expired Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CBCB DBDB EE

Like truthless dreams so are my joys expiredA
And past return are all my dandled daysB
My love misled and fancy quite retiredA
Of all which passed the sorrow only staysB
-
My lost delights now clean from sight of landC
Have left me all alone in unknown waysB
My mind to woe my life in fortune's handC
Of all which passed the sorrow only staysB
-
As in a country strange without companionD
I only wail the wrong of death's delaysB
Whose sweet spring spent whose summer well nigh doneD
Of all which passed the sorrow only staysB
-
Whom care forewarns ere age and winter coldE
To haste me hence to find my fortune's foldE
