The Long Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDCCDE

The long love that in my thought doth harbourA
And in mine heart doth keep his residenceB
Into my face presseth with bold pretenceB
And therein campeth spreading his bannerA
She that me learneth to love and sufferA
And wills that my trust and lust's negligenceB
Be reined by reason shame and reverenceB
With his hardiness taketh displeasureA
Wherewithal unto the heart's forest he fleethC
Leaving his enterprise with pain and cryD
And there him hideth and not appearethC
What may I do when my master fearethC
But in the field with him to live or dieD
For good is the life ending faithfullyE
