| I stand by a dale where love once jived | C |
| Filled with hope and memories | D |
| It was once a cottage I did thrived | C |
| Once a place encouraged not to stop the tries | E |
| But now a place that echoes lies | E |

| Each passing moment a burden to bear | F |
| Each passing day ignites pain | A |
| I walked by the tide to nature's care | F |
| To cry to mother Earth of what's remain | A |
| Of this burden of this pain | A |

| I found sorrow I found hate | C |
| I found sickness and now feels right | C |
| But deep within this lines is but a slate | C |
| Just a little part of the burden I wear | F |
