*_A BURDEN, A PAIN_*
*01/03/2026*
I keen this pen to tell a tale,
By the moonlight, where peace wait,
Not for sympathy, Not to wail,
Not for weakness but to mark this date,
For in the end this burden will be great,
I stand by a dale, where love once jived,
Filled with hope, and memories,
It was once a cottage, I did thrived,
Once a place encouraged not to stop the tries,
But now a place that echoes lies
Each passing moment a burden to bear,
Each passing day, ignites pain,
I walked by the tide, to nature's care,
To cry to mother Earth,of what's remain...
Of this burden, of this pain,
I found sorrow, I found hate,
I found sickness, and now feels right,
But deep within this lines is but a slate,
Just a little part of the burden I wear,
Just a little part of the pain...
