Together Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCAC DDEEFEF

Splashing along the boggy woods all dayA
And over brambled hedge and holding clayA
I shall not think of himB
But when the watery fields grow brown and dimB
And hounds have lost their fox and horses tireC
I know that he'll be with me on my wayA
Home through the darkness to the evening fireC
-
He's jumped each stile along the glistening lanesD
His hand will be upon the mud soaked reinsD
Hearing the saddle creakE
He'll wonder if the frost will come next weekE
I shall forget him in the morning lightF
And while we gallop on he will not speakE
But at the stable door he'll say good nightF
