I came to the garden of Eden
You gave a welcome smile
Taught me to be a maiden
And Nurture with no guile
Give and take was the first
And to be not a foe
But to give equal respect
For you reap what you sow
I was a blooming bud
You made spread fragrance
I was a tiny seed
You made a tree embrace
As I hear the bell that nod
So my soul ache of part
Do I know no other mode
Soothen my breaking heart
I come to thee my Alma mater
With a heart that sing your praise
So I leave for the better
Leaving a smile to trace.
