Ghazal 47 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDAEFGAHAICJAKA L

Whoever had found his way to the tavern's blockA
Would have to be insane if on another door knockA
Fate never crowned any with drunkenness exceptB
The one who considered this the highest luckC
Whoever finds his way into the tavernD
From the bounty of the wine temple's secrets unlockA
He who read the secrets of this wineE
Found the secrets in the dust upon which we walkF
Only seek the obedience of the insaneG
In our creed logic and sanity we mockA
My heart asked not for longevity of beautyH
Because sadly this is the way of the clockA
From the pain of the fading morning star at dawnI
I cried so much that I saw the moon though Venus my eyes struckC
Who talks about the story of Hafiz and his cupJ
Why would the king know where the policemen flockA
Praise the King who considers the nine heavensK
A mere crevice in His courtly blockA
