Turned Into Water And Fled Away-12 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDAEFGHIJ KLMNO OPQRST UVWQXYIZ

Riding over a song I play my notes on the stringsA
Of your nights so that after me you mayB
Graft my dreams into your eyesC
It is not oil it is my blood that your lamp gives as lightD
Under which your books blossom meaningsA
On my page I place an ocean on that ocean I place a boatE
And then I blow a storm over the sceneF
And becoming a poem and waitG
To see to what shores it will be washed offH
Does it touch the coast line of time where theI
Skeletons of life lie crucified in the geological rocksJ
-
I feed the pages with nutritious dreams and growK
Their muscles to face dreadful adventureL
Into the windows of my paper flocks of thoughts flew into perchM
Carrying on their tiny wings the massive shapesN
of the young Palaeolithic worldO
-
The evening sky fell like a tattered rag on ruins of the worldO
Evening has hidden its face in the lap of the streamsP
A beauty was bathing in the mirror featuresQ
of some inarticulate lines were hovering over her lipsR
and I was tuning my poems desiring to bathe in that heartS
each souls is a melody if we can hearT
-
I want to open a workshop of the flying craft of imaginationU
Of phantasy arranging on the walls the wings of birdsV
The lines of poems the skeletons of musical instruments the limbsW
Of Guernica and many othersQ
I shall go back to my home in the worlds of starsX
Today my effort is only to change my residence from the earth to the skyY
