Gorilla - 25 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDE

EPILOGUEA
Come let us play children at building sand castles on the seashore let us jump and dance on the open sand until we are tired and merge into the twisting landscape of the shoresB
Here we shall learn speech in the school of parrots which perch on tree branches like a harvest of fruit We shall teach the peacock maidens a new dance springing up in every atom of sand We shall turn into rain clouds and break into rain over the fields gifting poly colored rainbows to the skiesC
O come my new generation of children each one of you will dish out the colors of the dew drop and bath in them you shall steal from the throat of thee mountain brook its song like one picks a fruit and the young chirping birds will wrap themselves around your feet like anklets as you run to make merriment with the flower girlsD
You shall gather the pollen of the flowers of intellect and anoint it to the feet of golden breezes you shall take the moon of the lake and rub it into paste and spread its fragrance on our bodies like little flags you shall distribute the happy face of spring to each and everyone on this earthE
