Eternal Invasion On Time Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDCEFG CCCCCCHICCCG JHGKL

They are not folded faded paintings on the wooden cupboardA
They are peeping at us through panes of centuriesB
The elegant men and women under the cool shadesC
Of huge trees the flocks of sheepD
Wandering over the slopsC
Like balls of pure woolE
The flute of the shepherd elongated byF
The lens of timeG
-
Those sprawling lawnsC
Over which space reclinesC
Setting mind in calm reposeC
Though before usC
They are astronomical distances of light yearsC
Away form usC
They are surely tired and weather beatenH
In their everlasting journeyI
Those figures in coloursC
Those and those on stones and soundsC
Are monsters of art let looseC
On the omnivorous dinosaur of timeG
-
-
The hand of artJ
Is the womb of creationH
And creation is eternal invasion on timeG
