Wandering Singers Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEFGG

WHERE the voice of the wind calls our wandering feetA
Through echoing forest and echoing streetA
With lutes in our hands ever singing we roamB
All men are our kindred the world is our homeB
Our lays are of cities whose lustre is shedC
The laughter and beauty of women long deadC
The sword of old battles the crown of old kingsD
And happy and simple and sorrowful thingsD
What hope shall we gather what dreams shall we sowE
Where the wind calls our wandering footsteps we goF
No love bids us tarry no joy bids us waitG
The voice of the wind is the voice of our fateG
