The Inn Of Earth Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DECE FGHG EICI JKCK

I came to the crowded Inn of EarthA
And called for a cup of wineB
But the Host went by with averted eyeC
From a thirst as keen as mineB
-
Then I sat down with wearinessD
And asked a bit of breadE
But the Host went by with averted eyeC
And never a word he saidE
-
While always from the outer nightF
The waiting souls came inG
With stifled cries of sharp surpriseH
At all the light and dinG
-
Then give me a bed to sleep I saidE
For midnight comes apaceI
But the Host went by with averted eyeC
And I never saw his faceI
-
Since there is neither food nor restJ
I go where I fared beforeK
But the Host went by with averted eyeC
And barred the outer doorK
