The Garden Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFG

My heart is a garden tired with autumnA
Heaped with bending asters and dahlias heavy and darkB
In the hazy sunshine the garden remembers AprilC
The drench of rains and a snow drop quick and clear as a sparkB
-
Daffodils blowing in the cold wind of morningD
And golden tulips goblets holding the rainE
The garden will be hushed with snow forgotten soon forgottenF
After the stillness will spring come againG
