November Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD

The world is tired the year is oldA
The little leaves are glad to dieB
The wind goes shivering with coldA
Among the rushes dryB
-
Our love is dying like the grassC
And we who kissed grow coldly kindD
Half glad to see our poor love passC
Like leaves along the windD
