Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE

The wind is tossing the lilacsA
The new leaves laugh in the sunB
And the petals fall on the orchard wallC
But for me the spring is doneB
-
Beneath the apple blossomsD
I go a wintry wayE
For love that smiled in AprilF
Is false to me in MayE
