Mastery Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCCBDBDEEFF

I would not have a god come inA
To shield me suddenly from sinA
And set my house of life to rightsB
Nor angels with bright burning wingsC
Ordering my earthly thoughts and thingsC
Rather my own frail guttering lightsB
Wind blown and nearly beaten outD
Rather the terror of the nightsB
And long sick groping after doubtD
Rather be lost than let my soulE
Slip vaguely from my own controlE
Of my own spirit let me beF
In sole though feeble masteryF
