Lovely Chance Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDDBBEEFFCCGGCC

O lovely chance what can I doA
To give my gratefulness to youA
You rise between myself and meB
With a wise persistencyC
I would have broken body and soulD
But by your grace still I am wholeD
Many a thing you did to save meB
Many a holy gift you gave meB
Music and friends and happy loveE
More than my dearest dreaming ofE
And now in this wide twilight hourF
With earth and heaven a dark blue flowerF
In a humble mood I blessC
Your wisdom and your waywardnessC
You brought me even here where IG
Live on a hill against the skyG
And look on mountains and the seaC
And a thin white moon in the pepper treeC
