Love In Autumn Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE CGHG IJKJ LMNM

I sought among the drifting leavesA
The golden leaves that once were greenB
To see if Love were hiding thereC
And peeping out betweenB
-
For thro' the silver showers of MayD
And thro' the summer's heavy heatE
In vain I sought his golden headF
And light fast flying feetE
-
Perhaps when all the world is bareC
And cruel winter holds the landG
The Love that finds no place to hideH
Will run and catch my handG
-
I shall not care to have him thenI
I shall be bitter and a coldJ
It grows too late for frolickingK
When all the world is oldJ
-
Then little hiding Love come forthL
Come forth before the autumn goesM
And let us seek thro' ruined pathsN
The garden's last red roseM
