Leaves Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCAADDEEFFGGHH

One by one like leaves from a treeA
All my faiths have forsaken meA
But the stars above my headB
Burn in white and delicate redB
And beneath my feet the earthC
Brings the sturdy grass to birthC
I who was content to beA
But a silken singing treeA
But a rustle of delightD
In the wistful heart of nightD
I have lost the leaves that knewE
Touch of rain and weight of dewE
Blinded by a leafy crownF
I looked neither up nor downF
But the little leaves that dieG
Have left me room to see the skyG
Now for the first time I knowH
Stars above and earth belowH
