Immortal Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFE

So soon my body will have goneA
Beyond the sound and sight of menB
And tho' it wakes and suffers nowC
Its sleep will be unbroken thenB
But oh my frail immortal soulD
That will not sleep forevermoreE
A leaf borne onward by the blastF
A wave that never finds the shoreE
