For The Anniversary Of John Keats' Death Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCCBDCCDEFFEGA

FebruaryA
-
At midnight when the moonlit cypress treesB
Have woven round his grave a magic shadeC
Still weeping the unfinished hymn he madeC
There moves fresh Maia like a morning breezeB
Blown over jonquil beds when warm rains ceaseD
And stooping where her poet's head is laidC
Selene weeps while all the tides are stayedC
And swaying seas are darkened into peaceD
But they who wake the meadows and the tidesE
Have hearts too kind to bid him wake from sleepF
Who murmurs sometimes when his dreams are deepF
Startling the Quiet Land where he abidesE
And charming still sad eyed PersephoneG
With visions of the sunny earth and seaA
