Embers Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGF AHIH JKLK

I said My youth is goneA
Like a fire beaten out by the rainB
That will never sway and singC
Or play with the wind againD
-
I said It is no great sorrowE
That quenched my youth in meF
But only little sorrowsG
Beating ceaselesslyF
-
I thought my youth was goneA
But you returnedH
Like a flame at the call of the windI
It leaped and burnedH
-
Threw off its ashen cloakJ
And gowned anewK
Gave itself like a brideL
Once more to youK
