Dream Song Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAACBCC

I plucked a snow drop in the springA
And in my hand too closely pressedB
The warmth had hurt the tender thingA
I grieved to see it witheringA
I gave my love a poppy redC
And laid it on her snow cold breastB
But poppies need a warmer bedC
We wept to find the flower was deadC
