| But she doesn't want to look dramatic weak and attention seeking | G |
| So she keeps it all inside | D |
| Acts like everything's perfect but cries at night | B |
| So everybody thing's that she's the happiest person they know | H |
| That she has no problems and her life is perfect | I |
| If only they knew the truth | J |
