Acushla Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFEGEHEDEIJKDIJ DELE

I NAMED her twice I named her thriceA
I named her ten times overB
The wind heard and the singing birdC
And the bee in the creamy cloverB
Acushla AcushlaD
The cushat dove is cooingE
It's little that a man may doF
Whose heart is hot with wooingE
I left the field the harvest yieldG
The grain was ripe to fallingE
And ran and ran a crazy manH
And I the whole time callingE
'Acushla AcushlaD
The cushat dove is cooingE
When Love is keeping holidayI
What work is worth the doing 'J
Her feet were fleet her pretty feetK
Upon the hill and hollowD
She bade me stay she cried me nayI
And still her eyes said 'Follow 'J
Acushla AcushlaD
The cushat dove is cooingE
To capture her was sweet indeedL
Yet sweeter the pursuingE
