Sonnet Ii Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDEFEGHIJKK

Think Valentine as speeding on thy wayA
Homeward thou hastest light of heart alongB
If heavily creep on one little dayA
The medley crew of travellers amongC
Think on thine absent friend reflect that hereD
On Life's sad journey comfortless he rovesE
Remote from every scene his heart holds dearF
From him he values and from her he lovesE
And when disgusted with the vain and dullG
Whom chance companions of thy way may doomH
Thy mind of each domestic comfort fullI
Turns to itself and meditates on homeJ
Ah think what Cares must ache within his breastK
Who loaths the lingering road yet has no home of restK
