Sonnet 03 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBACDDCEFFEGG

Not to thee Bedford mournful is the taleA
Of days departed Time in his careerB
Arraigns not thee that the neglected yearB
Has past unheeded onward To the valeA
Of years thou journeyest May the future roadC
Be pleasant as the past and on my friendD
Friendship and Love best blessings still attendD
'Till full of days he reach the calm abodeC
Where Nature slumbers Lovely is the ageE
Of Virtue With such reverence we beholdF
The silver hairs as some grey oak grown oldF
That whilome mock'd the rushing tempest's rageE
Now like the monument of strength decayedG
With rarely sprinkled leaves casting a trembling shadeG
