Rhyme Scheme: AABB CDDBB EEFGHH IIBBJJ BBBB

As home from church we two did plodA
Grandpa said Rosy What is GodA
Seeking an answer to her mindB
This is the best that I could findB
-
God is the Iz ness of our Cosmic BizC
The high the low the near the farD
The atom and the evening starD
The lark the shark the cloud the clodB
The whole darned Universe that's GodB
-
Some deem that others there beE
And to them humbly bend the kneeE
To Mumbo Jumbo and to JossF
To Bud and Allah but the BossG
Is mine While there are suns and seasH
MY timeless God shall dwell in theseH
-
In every glowing leaf He livesI
When roses die His life he givesI
God is not outside and apartB
From Nature but her very heartB
No Architect as I of verseJ
He is Himself the UniverseJ
-
Said Rosy kins Grandpa how oddB
Is your imagining of GodB
To me he's always just appearedB
A huge Grandfather with a beardB
