Unpleasant sights are none to clear | B |

Sustain me tranquilly aloft | E |
I'm deaf to duffers blind to bores | F |
Peace seems to percolate my pores | F |
I fold my hands keep quiet mind | G |
In dogs and children joy I find | G |
With temper tolerant and mild | H |
Myself you'd almost think a child | H |
Yea I have come on pleasant ways | A |

My taste buds never served so well | I |

In tea and coffee I delight | L |
I smoke and sip my grog at night | L |
I have a softer sense of touch | M |
For comfort I enjoy so much | M |
My skis are far more blues than greys | A |
Here in the Autumn of my days | A |

Yet though I know that Winter's near | B |
I'll meet and greet it with a cheer | B |
With friendly books with cosy fires | A |
And few but favourite desires | A |

For Goodness I have learned is best | O |
And should by Kindness be expressed | O |
And so December with a smile | P |
I'll wait and welcome but meanwhile | P |
