Anti-profanity Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCD BABAEFGF HCHCICIC

I do not swear because I amA
A sweet and sober guyB
I cannot vent a single damnA
However hard I tryB
And in viruperative wayC
Though I recall it wellD
I never never never sayC
A naughty word like hellD
-
To rouse my wrath you need not tryB
I'm milder than a lambA
However you may rile me IB
Refuse to say GoddamA
In circumstances fury fraughtE
My tongue is always civilF
And though you goad me I will notG
Consign you to the divvleF
-
An no I never never swearH
Profanity don't payC
To cuss won't get you anywhereH
And neither will to prayC
And so all blasphemy I stemI
When milk of kindness curdsC
But though I never utter themI
Gosh how I know the wordsC
