Youth And Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAAAA BACAD

To the heart of youth the world is a highwaysideA
Passing for ever he fares and on either handA
Deep in the gardens golden pavilions hideA
Nestle in orchard bloom and far on the level landA
Call him with lighted lamp in the eventideA
-
Thick as the stars at night when the moon is downB
Pleasures assail him He to his nobler fateA
Fares and but waves a hand as he passes onC
Cries but a wayside word to her at the garden gateA
Sings but a boyish stave and his face is goneD
