Though Deep Indifference Should Drowse Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAAAAA BBCCDD EEFFAA

THOUGH deep indifference should drowseA
The sluggish life beneath my browsA
And all the external things I seeA
Grow snow showers in the street to meA
Yet inmost in my stormy senseA
Thy looks shall be an influenceA
-
Though other loves may come and goB
And long years sever us belowB
Shall the thin ice that grows aboveC
Freeze the deep centre well of loveC
No still below light amours thouD
Shalt rule me as thou rul'st me nowD
-
Year following year shall only setE
Fresh gems upon thy coronetE
And Time grown lover shall delightF
To beautify thee in my sightF
And thou shalt ever rule in meA
Crowned with the light of memoryA
