Fixed Is The Doom Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAACDEFAAGHDICAAJAK LAM

FIXED is the doom and to the last of yearsA
Teacher and taught friend lover parent childB
Each walks though near yet separate each beholdsA
His dear ones shine beyond him like the starsA
We also love forever dwell apartC
With cries approach with cries behold the gulphD
The Unvaulted as two great eagles that do wheel in airE
Above a mountain and with screams conferF
Far heard athwart the cedarsA
Yet the yearsA
Shall bring us ever nearer day by dayG
Endearing week by week till death at lastH
Dissolve that long divorce By faith we loveD
Not knowledge and by faith though far removedI
Dwell as in perfect nearness heart to heartC
We but excuseA
Those things we merely are and to our soulsA
A brave deception cherishJ
So from unhappy war a man returnsA
Unfearing or the seaman from the deepK
So from cool night and woodlands to a feastL
May someone enter and still breathe of dewsA
And in her eyes still wear the dusky nightM
