Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDAEFF

Ponder my words if so that any beA
Known guilty here of incivilityA
Let what is graceless discomposed and rudeB
With sweetness smoothness softness be enduedB
Teach it to blush to curtsey lisp and showC
Demure but yet full of temptation tooD
Numbers ne'er tickle or but lightly plea eA
Unless they have some wanton carriagesE
This if ye do each piece will here be goodF
And graceful made by your neat sisterhoodF
