When I was young my teachers were the oldA
I gave up fire for form till I was coldA
I suffered like a metal being castB
I went to school to age to learn the pastB

Now when I am old my teachers are the youngC
What can't be molded must be cracked and sprungC
I strain at lessons fit to start a sutureD
I got to school to youth to learn the futureD
