October Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABBCACDACEDEFFCBGG B

O hushed October morning mildA
Thy leaves have ripened to the fallB
Tomorrow's wind if it be wildA
Should waste them allB
The crows above the forest callB
Tomorrow they may form and goC
O hushed October morning mildA
Begin the hours of this day slowC
Make the day seem to us less briefD
Hearts not averse to being beguiledA
Beguile us in the way you knowC
Release one leaf at break of dayE
At noon release another leafD
one from our trees one far awayE
Retard the sun with gentle mistF
Enchant the land with amethystF
Slow slowC
For the grapes' sake if the were allB
Whose elaves already are burnt with frostG
Whose clustered fruit must else be lostG
For the grapes' sake along the allB
