Fragmentary Blue Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBA CBBC

Why make so much of fragmentary blueA
In here and there a bird or butterflyB
Or flower or wearing stone or open eyeB
When heaven presents in sheets the solid hueA
-
Since earth is earth perhaps not heaven as yetC
Though some savants make earth include the skyB
And blue so far above us comes so highB
It only gives our wish for blue a whetC
