| And lo she fades a spectre thin | F |
| Part of the moonlight and the sea | A |

| And listen to her breathing heart | G |
| As if the ghostly pulses stirred | H |
| To the voice of a faery bird | H |
| A bird that chaunts somewhere between | I |
| The waters and the starry skies | A |
| A mystic song of what has been | F |
| Seen not of human eyes | A |
| Since when the world grew into birth | J |
| And the white Moon enamoured Earth | J |
| And she as in a vision gone | D |
