The Ghost Ship. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCDEFAFAGGHHIAFA JJDK

Behold her on the silent seaA
Yon vessel like a spirit thereB
Moved in a dream's realityA
As if she trod the airB
None can tell from what creek or bayC
She sailed out or by night or dayC
They watch her like a vision goneD
Over the sea's oblivionE
And lo she fades a spectre thinF
Part of the moonlight and the seaA
As if the waves and stars met inF
A moment's phantasyA
Or is it they stand hushed apartG
And listen to her breathing heartG
As if the ghostly pulses stirredH
To the voice of a faery birdH
A bird that chaunts somewhere betweenI
The waters and the starry skiesA
A mystic song of what has beenF
Seen not of human eyesA
Since when the world grew into birthJ
And the white Moon enamoured EarthJ
And she as in a vision goneD
Moves to the music on and onK
