Supernatural Discernment. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFDGH

If we could spy into each other kenA
The heathen aims and the familiar evilsB
That in the seeming good and virtuous reignC
If we could only pierce the fallacyD
Each of the other strip convention offE
And in our nakedness strut up and downF
For thought's perusal what a world 'twould beD
If then like God all seeing we could comeG
Straight to the truth of others and ourselvesH
