Life's Eden. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBBCDCEFEFCGCGHEHE CICICECE

'Tis in sooth life's EdenA
We within itB
Love put all the seed inC
To begin itB
Made the air to fan itB
Light illumineC
Then put on the planetD
Man and womanC
Us with our twin natureE
Dreamy fram dF
One with every creatureE
Thought has nam dF
Though the fiend find EdenC
Shall he find usG
In the heart so hiddenC
Love has shrined usG
By no earthly portalH
May they enterE
Where the life immortalH
Has its centreE
Paths that are forbiddenC
Sin and sorrowI
In the heart of EdenC
Love's to morrowI
Walks with feet that trod inC
God's endeavorE
With the life of God inC
Ours for everE
