Isolation. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCDDEEFFDDGGHIJJKK LLMMNN

He came by unknown ways and stoodA
At evening in the fading woodA
Which when the glowing hills were goneB
Would as in a dream murmur onC
As he beside his camp fire's glareD
Sat as if in a vision thereD
And felt the silence like a thingE
In which his soul was functioningE
He was a poet maybe whoF
The world's impression dreamy drewF
From his own heart in that strange airD
Like one who had been everywhereD
And with the stars and fire lit treesG
Did blend a thousand memoriesG
Making that speck of light his homeH
Until the dewy dawn should comeI
He well had seemed a phantom atJ
Some mystic work as lone he satJ
Within his ring of charm d lightK
Who might step out into the nightK
And in a mischief making moodL
Perturb the starry solitudeL
Until his fire burnt out and thenM
Might creep back to his camp againM
And wrapped within his blanket beN
A thought deserted entityN
