For Lillian Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDEDEFGFHII

She was so dear so fair Her memory staysA
Even her dying robs me not of thisB
That I have walked with her in mortal waysA
Whose tender beauty now immortal isC
There are sweet flowers that bloom in ways forlornD
And sad sweet eyes whose beauty is a flowerE
Blown in the night to which there is no mornD
Dream born and dying in its dewy bowerE
And she was such a flower her sweet eyes suchF
The secret hours that only the heart knowsG
Thrill with the glamour of her tone and touchF
Like music that is sweetest at the closeH
Falling to death as falls the fairest thingI
Beyond the power of love's recoveringI
