Death. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEE

The natural death we each night undergoA
Should teach us that our passing's but a sleepB
Which we beyond the body's shadow mayC
Even as a garment of the day we doffD
Put off for ever being then no moreE
Nor less indeed than we have been beforeE
