Counsel In Sorrow. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFG

How poor is comfort when the loss is greatA
And vain all counsel to assuage a tearB
A light affliction it may medicineC
But when deep Nature groans all words are airB
And like the aboriginal instrumentD
Return on the comforter 'Tis but a windE
That in the desert sows the germless sandF
Which by the whirlwind reaped is but sand stillG
