Tragic Fragment Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCCDBEFGCBBHFGCICJ

All devil as I am a damned wretchA
A hardened stubborn unrepenting villainB
Still my heart melts at human wretchednessC
And with sincere but unavailing sighsC
I view the helpless children of distressC
With tears indignant I behold the oppressorD
Rejoicing in the honest man's destructionB
Whose unsubmitting heart was all his crimeE
Ev'n you ye hapless crew I pity youF
Ye whom the seeming good think sin to pityG
Ye poor despised abandoned vagabondsC
Whom Vice as usual has turn'd o'er to ruinB
Oh but for friends and interposing HeavenB
I had been driven forth like you forlornH
The most detested worthless wretch among youF
O injured God Thy goodness has endow'd meG
With talents passing most of my compeersC
Which I in just proportion have abusedI
As far surpassing other common villainsC
As Thou in natural parts has given me moreJ
