To Ruin Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDDCEFEFGHGH AAIJJKLMLMNOPO

ALL hail inexorable lordA
At whose destruction breathing wordB
The mightiest empires fallC
Thy cruel woe delighted trainD
The ministers of grief and painD
A sullen welcome allC
With stern resolv'd despairing eyeE
I see each aim d dartF
For one has cut my dearest tieE
And quivers in my heartF
Then low'ring and pouringG
The storm no more I dreadH
Tho' thick'ning and black'ningG
Round my devoted headH
-
-
And thou grim Pow'r by life abhorr'dA
While life a pleasure can affordA
Oh hear a wretch's pray'rI
Nor more I shrink appall'd afraidJ
I court I beg thy friendly aidJ
To close this scene of careK
When shall my soul in silent peaceL
Resign life's joyless dayM
My weary heart is throbbing ceaseL
Cold mould'ring in the clayM
No fear more no tear moreN
To stain my lifeless faceO
Enclasp d and graspedP
Within thy cold embraceO
