Song-out Over The Forth Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB CBCB

OUT over the Forth I look to the NorthA
But what is the north and its Highlands to meB
The south nor the east gie ease to my breastC
The far foreign land or the wide rolling seaB
-
-
But I look to the west when I gae to restC
That happy my dreams and my slumbers may beB
For far in the west lives he I loe bestC
The man that is dear to my babie and meB
