Paraphrase Of The First Psalm Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFG HIJI KLLL BLML

The man in life wherever plac'dA
Hath happiness in storeB
Who walks not in the wicked's wayC
Nor learns their guilty loreB
-
Nor from the seat of scornful prideD
Casts forth his eyes abroadE
But with humility and aweF
Still walks before his GodG
-
That man shall flourish like the treesH
Which by the streamlets growI
The fruitful top is spread on highJ
And firm the root belowI
-
But he whose blossom buds in guiltK
Shall to the ground be castL
And like the rootless stubble tostL
Before the sweeping blastL
-
For why that God the good adoreB
Hath giv'n them peace and restL
But hath decreed that wicked menM
Shall ne'er be truly blestL
