Heap Cassia, Sandal-buds And Stripes Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDDD EFFFFGGG

Heap Cassia sandal buds and stripesA
Of labdanum and aloe ballsB
Smeared with dull nard an Indian wipesA
From out her hair such balsam fallsB
Down sea side mountain pedestalsC
From tree tops where tired winds are fainD
Spent with the vast and howling mainD
To treasure half their island gainD
-
And strew faint sweetness from some oldE
Egyptian's fine worm eaten shroudF
Which breaks to dust when once unrolledF
Or shredded perfume like a cloudF
From closet long to quiet vowedF
With mothed and dropping arras hungG
Mouldering her lute and books amongG
As when a queen long dead was youngG
