A Pearl, A Girl Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCD EFEFGGD

A simple ring with a single stoneA
To the vulgar eye no stone of priceB
Whisper the right word that aloneA
Forth starts a sprite like fire from iceB
And lo you are lord says an Eastern scrollC
Of heaven and earth lord whole and soleC
Through the power in a pearlD
-
A woman 'tis I this time that sayE
With little the world counts worthy praiseF
Utter the true word out and awayE
Escapes her soul I am wrapt in blazeF
Creation's lord of heaven and earthG
Lord whole and sole by a minute's birthG
Through the love in a girlD
